Disable Ad Blocking for a Web App or Site

This support article provides instruction how to disable ad blocking (whitelist) for a specific web app or site. This procedure is useful if the ad blocker is conflicting with an app or site's functionality.


Solution:


Google Chrome

  1. While in Google Chrome, go to the site that is having a loading issue
  2. Click the uBlock Origin icon in the toolbar, and selectno filtering mode to whitelist the site you are currently on

Mozilla Firefox

  1. While in Mozilla Firefox, go to the site that is having a loading issue
  2. Click the uBlock Origin icon in the toolbar, and select the power icon to whitelist the site you are currently on

Microsoft Edge

  1. While in Microsoft Edge, go to the site that is having a loading issue
  2. Click the uBlock Origin icon in the toolbar, and selectno filtering mode to whitelist the site you are currently on
