The following instructions resolve common issues with the Dymo LabelWriter printer models, and should be addressed in order, prior to sending a support ticket:

  1. Print queue: Confirm all pending print jobs are removed from the print queue:


  2. Connection: Confirm the Dymo LabelWriter printer is physically connected and online. You can disconnect and reconnect the USB cable to confirm it is connected and detected by the computer.
  3. Dymo Connect service: Confirm that the Dymo Connect printing service is running correctly:



  4. Print driver: Sometimes the print driver can be confused how the Dymo printer is configured with the signed in user (usually due to multiple users signed in previously). Performing a restart will address this problem.
