Solution:
The following instructions resolve common issues with the Dymo LabelWriter printer models, and should be addressed in order, prior to sending a support ticket:
- Print queue: Confirm all pending print jobs are removed from the print queue:
- Connection: Confirm the Dymo LabelWriter printer is physically connected and online. You can disconnect and reconnect the USB cable to confirm it is connected and detected by the computer.
- Dymo Connect service: Confirm that the Dymo Connect printing service is running correctly:
- Print driver: Sometimes the print driver can be confused how the Dymo printer is configured with the signed in user (usually due to multiple users signed in previously). Performing a restart will address this problem.
