Locate and Identify a Specific Company Printer

Depending on your company, there may be multiple printers at your office location, and it may be difficult to identify which one to print to. In addition to this, Windows determines what your default printer is, based on your printing usage. You may need to print to a variety of printers, based on the print type or medium. Or you may want to set a specific default printer.

Every company printer is labeled by ID, as well with its make and model. For example:
