This support article provides instruction how to setup and connect your dosing pump, to your MethodOne user account.
This procedure is a 'one time' requirement when connecting to your dosing pump for the first time. The dosing pump automatically reconnects on future user account logins.
Solution:
- Verify your dosing pump is ON
- Sign into your MethodOne account
- Go to Dispensing > Pump
- Select the dosing pump model your site is using (DO NOT FORGET THIS STEP!)
- Select 'Connect'
- Select the correct pump connection that corresponds to your device
- and Select 'Connect'
